Dolce Vita Apple Bath

Skin cleansing, purifying, and relaxing.
Here in the Vinschgau valley, where there are millions of apple trees, the beneficial properties of the apple have been well-known for generations. The southern side of the Alps provides the ideal climate for the apple to grow into a wholesome fruit.

The effects of the Dolce Vita Apple Bath:
The fruit acids and apple vinegar have a gentle exfoliating effect on the skin. An apple deacidification tea, special essential oils for the lymphatic system and a relaxation-focused massage stimulate the purification of the body. The matching Kneipp treatment strengthens the immune system and enhances circulation. Carotene, pectin and minerals of the special apple fluid regulate the pH value of the skin and have both skin cleansing and cell-protective effects.

Treatment:
A short Kneipp bath and an apple tea with deacidifying properties (Tuara tea) make the body ready for the treatment. The special apple fluid with apple extracts and apple vinegar treat the skin gently during a whirl bath. Afterwards further active substances of the apple pack penetrate the skin by way of heat therapy on a heated treatment table. A relaxation massage with an apple-vinegar mint essence completes the experience.

South Tyrolean Grape Therapy

Stimulating, increasing circulation, skin toning and soothing, exfoliating.
A special grape drink purifies the body and an exfoliation with special grape extractsrejuvenates the skin. The subsequent manual underwater massage relieves tensions. The grape body pack, which contains various natural fruit acids, smoothes the skin leaving it feeling soft and silky. A relaxing massage with grape seed oil rounds the treatment off.

Serail Beauty Bath

This beauty ceremonial has its origin in the Orient. Selected curative mud and healing earth are applied all over the body. The apricot-coloured light in the heat cabin, which is tiled with high-quality ceramic has a gently stimulating effect and a rejuvenating, toning influence on the skin. The curative packs develop their full effect at the gentle heat of 45 degrees Celsius, absorb poisons which are released and revitalise the skin leaving it smooth and supple. According to the substance used during the bath, it also exfoliates the whole body. At the end herbal steam blown into the cabin softens the earth applied, which is then showered off again. We recommend relaxing on the heated treatment tables while listening to meditation music.

Hydrotherapy in the Herbal Bath

In rustic and cosy surroundings with antique wood and sweet music you will enjoy the relaxing effects of various aromatic and therapeutic baths. Expert hands will carry out a short lymph drainage, massage you with individually selected aromatic oils and pamper you with an underwater massage. A special massage jet releases energy blockages and helps purify the body. Functional disorders of the circulatory and lymphatic systems are eased. Afterwards you may enjoy the massaging effects of the water-air jet for 15 minutes while letting the revitalising substances take effect. High-quality curative oils are applied at the end and you will rest on the heated treatment table at the agreeable temperature of 39 degrees Celsius.
